Corner of paradise at more than 550m altitude, Morne Brabant is an imposing mountain located in the southwest of Mauritius. Surprising due to its extreme aridity during the dry season, we take advantage of its height to go hiking on the mountainside and discover breathtaking panoramas. But more than just a trekking destination, Morne Brabant is also renowned for its beautiful beach and its luxurious and authentic hotels. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the mountain offers extremely steep sides that are difficult to access. And yet, its ascent remains possible and provides access to an exceptional view of the surrounding landscapes: casuarina trees, banyan trees and almond trees surrounded by dazzling white sand.
